Q: Hi, I note that on the terms and conditions it says :"Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days." Given the purchase initiates a reservation process, if the tour is booked out, how quickly do we recieve our money back and how is this return payment made? Do we get the full amount back? When it says "Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" - so is the amount deducted from the credit details we provide without notice? once we have paid and purchased the tour package, are the prices still subject to change? I understand that if there are unforeseen circumstances tours may be cancelled, are we refunded in full? are there often other tour options offered to us? How much notice do we receive if there are any cancellations, noting that some/many tourist will be come from other parts of the world and across the other side of the world, notice of any cancellation is important. If your reservation cannot be confirmed by us for any reason, we will first recommend other tours with similar itinerary and same or similar departure dates. If nothing works our, then we will issue a full refund at the end of that business day. The refund can be issued to you per your request, the fastest way would be releasing the amount back to your credit card if you used credit card as your payment method, it usually will take the card company 3-5 business days for them to reflect the amount back to your card.
"We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" does not mean we will charge your card with additional amount without notifying you first, if the amount increase after you have already booked the tour from our website (this should only happen if airfare is involved in your order, or there are extreme hotel room rate change) we will first notify you, and ask for your authorization before we will proceed with your order. That statement above simply means that the tour prices would change depending on seasonality and availability, and the tour price might be different in June than when you checked the price back in March.
All amount due are in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

The factory tour is on the way from Las Vegas back to Los Angeles, it will last around 1 hour, if you do not wish to shop you may tour around the place until the meet up time. L A Dim Sum, Chinatown, 638 N. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012, USA it is 9 minutes driving time away from 5162 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90038 (Hollywood Historic Hotel), however, it will take around 1 hour and 40 minutes (5.4miles) for you to walk to the location.

Q: Hi, I'm interested in the 9-day tour departing 24th Dec. Do you know if this is a guarenteed departure? Also, are the hotels we stay at in LA in downtown LA? Which hotel specifically will we be staying at? I understand there is no activity planned day one of the tour and I will be arriving first thing in the morning hence I would like to organise my own activity and be able to walk back to my hotel at night, hence I would like to be in a hotel in downtown LA especially the first night. This tour will depart year round as indicated. Currently Dec 24th is a guaranteed holiday departure and we recommend that you book your tour online as soon as possible to avoid tour sell out.
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
The hotels typically occupied at for Day 1 of the tour and the nights with an overnight stay in LA are Holiday Inn La Mirada or Anaheim Park Hotel. Please note that should these hotels become sold out or unavailable, a hotel with similar standards of service will be substituted instead. Both of these hotels offer shuttle service from the hotel to Downtown Disney. We do not offer accommodations in the Downtown LA area for this tour.

This tour includes: Ground transportation in air-conditioned tour coach. Bus normally seats 56 passengers, but size of vehicle can be subject change due to number of passengers traveling.

You are welcome to bring 1 medium sized luggage to store on the bus in the luggage compartment and 1 small carry on per person for this tour. Please note that we recommend that you remove your luggage from the compartment on the bus each night upon hotel check in.
